      don't waste your time

      Pros

      some of the members are helpful and you can find few good managers

      Cons

      Doesn't matter how good you are and what can you bring to the company. You are not a person there. If you are bullied the HR does nothing. If you struggle, same. You are expected to perform and your Mental Health is ignored. The policies are there just for the sake of having. It is just a revolving door and going rapidly downhill.

      - Modern tech stack - Supportive line management for teams - Some really good people within the business supporting teams

      Cons

      - Too much politics - Lack of clarity for teams to know priorities leading to everything being a priority and overloading teams - No defined strategy or direction from senior management - An exec board that prefers putting energy into town hall "talk shows" rather than show leadership in other areas - Uncooperative and unapproachable HR department - Sales teams over promising to clients
