      Evaneos - nice place to work and grow!

      Pros

      Great place to learn and and grow, plenty people that are super passionate about their job and very inspiring. There is lots of flexibility, option to do full-remote, travel teletravail, flexifridays etc - also the office is beautiful!

      Cons

      HR team can be very defensive when it comes to criticism, which I find a bit sad bc they are globally doing a good job (so no need to go into the the defensive directly). While personal and professional growth is totally possible, options for promotions and career advancement seem sometimes limited.
