Pros
Startup company with high flexibility to adjust the Target & Strategy anytime. Process Scrum Management, anyone can know each other & offer the suggestions & questions. That Makes team member can adjust the plan or action in time.
Cons
Strategies & Process everyday, it delayed the cases frequently. For new hires are difficult to follow the culture. Turnover Rate is very high.
