      Pros

      office culture is total waste top management dont know how to treat the employee. when they want they ill keep after the work over they ill throw you off from the company with out notice , No hike to the employee. PF is not deposited for the employee in eagle software they swallow the PF Money and if you ask for the PF number they ill give the dummy number. once you left the company if the top management see you in the office they ill ask the secruity to send the employee ASAP.

      nothing challenging coming out is challenging and getting salary is challenging. Kindly Dont ever join

      Pros

      If you feel like you wanted to pay salary as some charity to the company management, then you can join this company. Software company turned to factory setup with employees treated worse than labourers

      Cons

      They offer great packages but never pay them, life is horrible to get the salary on time. HR is horrible, if you complain about basic needs in office then management treats you badly. Employees basic needs like drinking water should be brought from home. There is no proper joining and relieving process with the company. PF is not paid properly to employee accounts. Employee has to pay the travel tickets and they don't reimburse travel charges. Company seems to be blacklisted for tender submissions by the MadhyaPradesh IGRS department

      To start your carrer, you can start working for this company provided you are into right team

      Cons

      Worst Management, MD was taken over by his son which resulted in employees getting salaries only at mid or sometimes 20th of the month, No standards, Not enough workforce to complete the projects.
