      Very specific about classroom management style and specific curriculum used, lots of paperwork, trainings, meetings, and supervisors are very knit picky about things in classroom.

      You help mold young children's lives from the start.

      Cons

      You are given a large classroom with many children with behavioral issues with zero help from the higher ups. You are too busy trying to manage those behaviors and cannot give the other children an opportunity to learn,
