      Pros

      A completely comfortable and joyful work environment. Your work is valued and is driven by clear goals, values, and mission. Everyone in the company is talented and humble. I worked with many of the same people for a half decade and we were nearly always having fun. It was a very joyful place to work even when things were difficult and tight. I genuinely care for everyone at this company and I'm so glad I chose to spend time with these folks for such a long part of my career.

      Cons

      Sales were up and down at times.

      + stacked team, experts across many different tech... stacks always sharing their knowledge + great culture, easy going atmosphere + solid business relationships and network presence + new office, flexible vacation/holidays, friendly faces

      Pros

      Great crew of smart, interesting, humble people. Project-based work so you're not working on the same thing all the time. Management are all straight-talkers and good listeners who put employees first and their own interests second. Excellent work/life balance. Easy to get help and no red tape.

      Cons

      Team is still small so processes aren't totally in place/followed. You may be moved into positions where the company needs you most, even if that doesn't align with your professional interests.
