1. Extremely toxic hire-and-fire culture, even minor mistakes can lead to termination without warning, creating constant fear and pressure. 2. Mandatory 5 days work-from-office with no flexibility. 3. Poor work-life balance, expect frequent 10–12 hour workdays. 4. High levels of internal politics that affect day-to-day work. 5. Weak and unstable work culture, multiple employees (over a dozen in recent months) have been let go during probation. 6. Excessive micromanagement that limits autonomy and trust. 7. Overall, an unhealthy and stressful work environment.
