    Pros

    Super relaxed office vibe, large cafeteria and gaming room for lunch breaks etc. Just a great atmosphere to be in, they know how to build great teams.

    Pros

    Interact with drivers/restaurants, plenty work to stay busy, free food and drinks, comfortable workstation, great leads.

    Cons

    Minimal training, low pay for job, no communication between departments or coworkers, no handling of problem employees, told to lower my work performance to appease people who didnt work as hard.

    Guaranteed $12/hr minimum, and dispatching team is always looking out for you. Had a lot of good experiences driving for them.

    Schedule might be a little bit scattered, specially during busy college periods.
