Location of Head office Upper, upper management over complicate the systems and way of working Too much red tape Don't react fast enough to current trade and trend Buying process is to "numbers" and planning related, not enough creative Direction from CEO is a little confusing Lack of support structure (marketing, supply chain, Graphic designers, fashion designers, Visual merchandised, etc) Unrealistic targets on product mark up that out prices the item compared to the market
