Flexible Remote Working That's it.

Cons

Very poor communication from senior staff. Lack of direction, or communicated direction. Staff who left were not replaced, leading to stress and overwork on existing staff. Lack of budget left staff unable to take pride in their work, grow and use their skills to their potential.
