Some toxic people here and there, could do better in terms of compensation

Low increments in salary, No transitional skill

My experience with management involved challenges with communication and clarity. The company's growth opportunities were limited, and job security felt uncertain due to sudden terminations. While some employees appeared content, there was an underlying sense of apprehension among many. I would advise potential applicants to carefully consider whether the company's values align with their own before joining.

- They wanted us to sign 'at-will employment' waivers which mean that they are entitled to fire us whenever they want without severance and/or notice period and we work in the company at our own will - Bad company culture, does not value employees - Laughably bad increments and no career path - Management has no criteria when rating employees and have no idea of employee's growth - Toxic work environment, people live in fear of being fired and are fired without warning; they are humiliated and taken to their cars from their desks at the same day

SLT is skewed against the employees

Work is boring and repetitive. Growth opportunities are less.

Sometimes the company demands too much Appraisals are inconsistent

Work can be a bit boring and repetitive. It is difficult to rise higher in the title ladder, not much room for career growth.

- They don't respect their employees - Lay off without any reason - Higher management is unable to distinguish between capable employee and the employee who just make their managers happy - Too much favoritism - Toxic environment with micromanagement - They just showed off themselves on social media but in reality they have very poor and arrogant higher management
