Pros

It has a great canteen.

Cons

There are not enough words to explain but I'll have a go. Poor management No management Poor leadership skills No leadership skills A very clicky environment, if your face fits you will do OK. I really enjoyed working for Edwards and then the management beat me down, and literally managed me out of the business. Mental health is not taken into account.

Pros

Fast timescales mean designs are implemented quickly leading to good learning curve for Designers and opportunities for hands-on work. Good interaction between departments mean Designers get a good overall experience of the design process. Opportunity to progress to Senior roles.

Cons

Improvements are made too slowly and are implemented poorly. A lot of differences exist between the products from different sites and processes sometimes don't suit all sites. Engineering Change is not managed well or quickly enough and is too reliant on manual tasks. No flexitime and generally a bit old-fashioned.

Pros

Fantastic people on the shop floor, they're the people who actually make the money, they are your true assets. Development was brilliant because at first my face. Paid monthly. They make systems that reduce carbon footprints on a massive scale. There are some truely brilliant and very intelligent people.

Cons

Face fits if it does then you will have a job for a very long time. HR couldn't organise a pee up in a brewery. I personally heard one saying FIOFO it's an acronym for Fit In Or F Off. Senior management are always in meetings about meetings that will lead to other meetings. They really do not care about mental health. They say they do but they really don't. Disorganised, uncommunicative, and the knives used to put in people's back are exhaustive, they should make knives not abatement systems. Worked there for most of my life and was forced out in the end by a bullying senior manager. As stated if your face fits your there for a long time, that is until your face no longer fits. Low pay they say they bench mark, no they dont they make it up as they go, two people doing the same job are not paid the same wage and its fround upon to talk about what you earn..why???
