I worked at Eka for over 3 years as senior developer, the company has big problems. Me and 85 of the development team have been let go from the Bangaluru office. They seem to have money problems and have no interest in looking after employees. They only seem to keep the people they are friendly with, not the best people to do jobs. Management always hiring friends not qualified people. If you want a good employer and will have time for yourself then avoid Eka! There is no future here 1. No willingness to update the software and consider new technologies. Just the same old software with no interest to improve. 2. Senior management have no respect for employees who have good ideas to improve product and move forward with technology 3. Demoralising developing software that no customers use or that management then decides to drop after months of work

no work life balance. 12 -14 hrs work is everyday in name of stupid concept "client satisfaction". also hire and fire policy if you raise any concerns. what more worst is interviewer asked me if you can work 12 hrs a day bcoz we have less employees and we commit extra to client
