Higher level of autonomy, good chances for professional development of you go for it. Compensation is middle of the market.
Cons
Big promises up front but it got weird quickly -- everything is day-to-day, there's no business plan being followed by CEO. CEO is textbook narcissist, likes to hear himself talk, is the star of the show, is the hero, does what he wants, likes to hire young women, etc. It got weird quickly.

Fast-paced, exciting work environment. Constantly challenged and expected to exceed expectations. The product itself is great and it always helps to be a part of a business where you can really believe and trust in the product you are selling or working with.
Cons
Sometimes there is a lack of direction and you are expected to carve out your own path. Overall, if you are self-motivated and driven, it shouldn't be much of a problem.

We appreciate this review noting the talent among our colleagues. It is indeed inspiring to work among so many subject matter experts in healthcare, senior living, and data analytics. Self-motivation is always good, and, with our new leadership, role clarity, and directional vision has never been stronger within our partnership culture.
There are good people who work there. The product itself is fine.
Cons
The CEO. Narcissistic, verbally abusive, no clear direction, manages to sabotage things constantly. I cannot stress this enough. Your mental health is not worth dealing with that man. Narcissists do not learn, they do not grow, you're only enabling his abusive behavior because he throws money at you. Definite lack of respect for others and I don't see him changing. Stop making excuses for his abusive behavior. Abuse is never ok, even if it is coming from the person paying you. Anyone who says they've never seen that side of him is lying. Plain and simple.
