      Pros

      Pre Ed Scott’s entry, it was a fun, congenial environment. We had frequent outings that included workout classes and happy hours before Ed Scott arrived. The work was challenging and I really liked the clients I worked with. I learnt a lot from working at Electrif AI pre Ed’s entry.

      Cons

      Once Ed Scott arrived, things went steadily downhill. They monitored our computer usage, our emails, insisted on checking when we entered the office and left. We lived in constant fear of being fired. This is because every few weeks, batches of people were fired and it hasn’t improved since. Under Ed Scott’s leadership management became sexist, racist, and the higher ups would vape quite openly at work. Ed got into arguments constantly with clients to the point that many of them ended up firing us. He (and other he hired) have no technical background or the slightest inclination to learn, the company had no vision or even an understanding of what a product road map is. If you value your sanity, do not work here or even apply to work here unless you are desperate. And even if are desperate enough to apply and get in, make sure you spend the entire time there searching for another more stable job where people actually care about what they are working on and their colleagues.

Our management team has extensive experience in the technology sector and have a great vision for ElectrifAi’s growth. Staff changes also take place when a company pivots to a new direction and ElectrifAi now has a strong foundation upon which our talented employees are doing amazing work for our clients.       😖READ THIS IF YOU’RE CONFUSED WITH COBTRADICTORY REVIEWS When I started working there 2 years ago it was not this awful, tbh. But now, it’s not a place one wants to work! EXEPT that if you’re new to an industry/field and need to gain some experiences and struggling with finding a job, or if you’re on a visa and your time is up and need a place to work ASAP while looking for other jobs. WHY I’ve worked here for 2 years if it’s that bad, you may ask! Great question: I didn’t have any other options because of my visa status and I was stuck here until 2 months ago. Good news, I’m free out of here now ;)) During my time in this company I got to see lots and lots of new people including some great talents that taught me a ton— that’s because people come and go here everyday.

      🚩 This place is all about working with absolutely no plan, direction, or goal in mind. Just show up everyday, work for a few hours, and no one would care about you or your work. It’s like walking blindfolded on a train track. You’ll gonna get hit real bad sometime. 🚩 People are placed to work in areas that is not their expertise, with zero training, predation, or knowledge transfer. 🚩You can get fired everyday— no matter how long or short you’ve been working here. My whole team has been fired twice in 9 month!!!! 🚩No one will reach out to you to inform you about WHEN and WHY 80% of your team has been fired overnight?! And what the new strategy is after cutting 5 headcount down🤔 LET’S BE HONEST HERE If you see any good comments is because: 1- They’re the board members or C-level people that are just walking around making untruth promises to clients 🤥 2- They’re engineers and data scientists that are told by their boss (CTO) to do so!!! 3- Stockholm syndrome— They’re people who are stuck here
