      no any pros, only salary timely paid

      Work culture is not good, does not getting support from upper management, treat employees like as a servant, unprofessional behavior.

      Wow, this is a big surprise, with Glassdoor rating of 4.5+ and CEO approval rating of 99%, and if i look at last three years reviews, this is really a huge surprise for me. Something must be wrong at either end, and I am really curious to explore this further with you, and find out. Our policies are Employee First policy, one of the very few companies to have 5 day week and WFH policy since I think 2004, and one of the few companies to have permanent Work from Anywhere policy, and with hands on mentoring and leadership involvement with all engagements. Really a surprise.....

You will be listened in a positive manner. Supportive management and seniors team. Clear communication and healthy discussions to achieve goals. Flexibility in every aspect as far as work quality is not affected. Relaxed, friendly and productive atmosphere. You can maintain Work-Life balance with the proven Agile process followed in the company. Flexible work timings and work from home models are adapted since long. Most importantly, Your job will be secured in a good hand.
