      There is a high level of ownership and responsibility, with direct exposure to a strong senior management team who are excellent to work with and genuinely invested in the business. The environment is fast paced and demanding, but you will learn a huge amount in a short space of time, building resilience and strong problem solving skills. Commission is paid monthly, high performers earn strong commission

      The company is fast paced and can be demanding, so it suits people who enjoy responsibility and are comfortable operating at speed.

      Pros

      Working at Elio Networks has been a mixed but ultimately valuable experience. On the positive side, it’s a place where you can truly learn by doing. You'll be given a high level of autonomy, trusted to lead critical projects, and have direct access to senior leadership, which isn’t something you’d get in larger companies. The culture is scrappy and fast-moving, and if you’re proactive and resourceful, you’ll gain experience across a wide range of areas.
