      - Very good pay and benefits. - Skilled and motivated shop personnel. - Clean and modern shop

      Cons

      - Capricious management, micromanaging owner, minimal strategic planning and vision. - Seems to have a difficult time finding its place in today's markets: focus is quite broad and hit-or-miss. - Strategic decisions are haphazard at best. - Enforcement of status quo is deliberate and pervasive: Elite is not interested in innovation.

      Pros

      I worked at Elite full time for a handful of years and the people there are friendly and kind. It's an enjoyable place to work for. They have great benefits and the pay is decent.

      Cons

      Some employees need to be more communicative.
