Almost anyone with ability or experience got binned or left if they highlighted problems. Management would sack people because quarterly profits were too low, then buy supercars the same week. Gaslit about reality of working hours. Technical engineering roles paid less than warehouse work. Nobody at ground level would be consulted for their feedback in anything so problems wouldn't be fixed. Products were rushed out leaving customers unwittingly being beta testers. Very cliquey

Management is a mess, no attempts are made to retain employees and the workload left behind by those that have left is just piled onto the rest of the team, they refuse to hire new people to help the workload. Pay is at the bottom range for all positions and management act like it would be a struggle to increase pay, all the while publicly bragging about record profits and arriving to work in new supercars. Communication between the UK and Denmark HQ is subpar and most feedback given to Denmark is almost always ignored no matter how much more experience the UK companies have in the area. Don't expect any help developing technical skills internally. Turn off your phone if you want a work life balance.
