I've never been micromanaged more in any position. Ever. Productivity scores are the sole determining factor of your worth as an employee but it's nearly impossible to hit those goals when the system is complete garbage. Constant slow downs lead to tasks taking 4-5x longer than they should but no adjustment for Productivity.
Core values are an absolute joke. They used to be true. Now it's only about how much you can get done without regard to how great you are at serving the pet parents.

Outsourcing to Philippines made so much more work for US based workers because we had to fix their errors repeatedly and are told that they're really great for business. Claims are messed up constantly because the outsourced employees can't do their jobs correctly.
