love my team, mostly flexible schedule, looks good on resume due to the reach EHN has
Cons
Micromanaging, no clear communication between leadership (one boss tells you one thing, another says something else entirely), poor employee morale, high caseloads and high stress for little pay.
-Questionable character and integrity
-Awful work culture/environment
-Terrible management (incompetent;irresponsible)
-Low pay
-Poor work-life balance
-CEO leaves a lot to be desired
-Upper management is wildly unorganized and will throw you under the bus asap.
-Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging does NOT exist here. Maybe “on paper” but not really.
Team members care. Get a lot of experience. Coworkers help each other.
Cons
Pay is really low and no raises, you are told because it is non profit. Not true.
Toxic environment that starts from CEO. Management is cruel. You are a thing to them. Not a person.
People do not stick around for a long time.
