      I am the founder and I am obviously biased but this is my small effort to make Emitrr stand out and to attract the best talent. So here is what I love about Emitrr: - Culture of extreme ownership - Culture of extreme transparency - Yearly offsite where we meet as friends

      Freedom to explore your own ideas.

      Cons

      No management on tasks by manager. Worst code review. You might end up working 12-13 hours per day . All they care is the feature and no care for employees. Think twice before joining.
