- flexibility with where and when you work -the ability to work with different clients on various projects ranging from payment recoupment to process improvement

Cons

Avoid this company at all costs. It is impressive how many incompetent and toxic leaders are employed by one place. HR is aware of these leaders but chooses to enable and protect them instead of prioritizing the well being of its employees. Don't believe these positive glassdoor reviews. AArete encourages employees to give positive feedback on glassdoor. The 1 or 2 star reviews are the more realistic view of AArete. - No opportunities to voice your opinion without management taking offense - DEI: AArete talks about DEI but if you look at the organization from top to bottom you can clearly see that its not a priority. -No advancement here. Promotions are very biased -Incompetent managers and directors.
