Pros
Vps and SEs can be very supportive, 3 days remote, switching departments is easy. ADP's name is an amazing thing to have on your resume that will open doors for you.
Cons
ADPs salary structure is stuck 10 years in the past. ADP leadership constantly promises updates to tech and instead of admitting a need for a timeline change just says nothing. They choose to throw pizza parties and happy hours rather than pay people what they are worth. Maria Black has no clue how to lead. There are massively inefficent processes and instead of fixing them, everyone just shrugs their shoulders. ADP will protect people for ethical violations because they sell alot. If you dare speak badly of anyone or any processes than you will be barred from moving upwards but to be honest who would want to move up in this org? If you want to be paid fairly than go somewhere else. They also have townhall meetings where they answer "associate questions" but its clear they were not submitted by associates and are just a corporate suit party. There are real control issues as far as metrics as well! If you want to be micromanaged than work here. Also they have mainly outsourced customer support which leads to bad outcomes and a horrible customer experince. I can go on and on. Cost of living raises would be good if it were the 90s and health insurance is expensive. They are quite lucky people don't unionize.
