      Pros

      Some of the benefits are good and you get time for development, some nice people to work with. Good place if you are an apprentice and need to learn the hard life of an MSP if you are willing.

      Cons

      Under resourced and stretched in nearly all depts. Investment company that owns the business is only bothered about profit, people are the least of their concerns
