      great staff but bad work life balance. - Assistant Manager ASK Italian Employee Review

      Pros

      teams were always friendly and great people to work with throughout my time in the company - especially when going to cover other sites in the area.

      Cons

      hours are long as a manager 10 hour+ shifts with not much of a break in-between. Head office have a strong focus on constantly cutting down labour making shifts harder then they need to be leaving all staff constantly exhausted.

      Pros

      I loved working here. the tips were crazy. my restaurant right now is nowhere near as much money. I miss it.

      Cons

      None. I had to move, otherwise I’d still be there.

      Pros

      Good base rate of pay for waiting staff and on the job training. Training was continuous and happened every few months.

      Cons

      There are no flaws that I can think of. They were very flexible with my schedule and with holidays and the management at the time I worked there were great.
