Pros

Good corporate package including generous pension. Wide brand awareness. 10 main branch locations.

Cons

Poor strategic vision by senior management. Ruthless approach to making sudden changes to strategy and structure. Desparation to chase industry recognition at expense of staff. Slow to react to changes in the market. Poor retention of key staff. Very weak HR function.
