      Pros

      Great team and interesting work. I have had some good opportunities to progress. The benefits of working for a large corporate such as salary, benefits, pension, discounts on AXA products, and a nice office building.

      Cons

      The corporate structure might not be for everyone. Can be a bit frustrating sometimes.

      Pros

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
