Lots of middle management and bureaucracy
No one leaves their job there's so many lifers in AXA which means no opportunity to grow
Property department is stuck in the 1980s
Lots of flag flying and wellbeing champions but no one practices what they preach
You are expected to take on tasks that are above your pay grade

Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
they are available when you communicate your needs to your manager.
