      Pros

      - Really good culture of people who want to do the right thing and grow the business together. - Support from management is great and there are plenty of opportunities to grow your career and develop in role - Really good work/life balance. If you as an individual want to work late, that’s fine but you won’t get a response from anyone else!

      Cons

      - IT kit and tech isn’t great (although it’s better than it was) - Sometimes the culture is too nice and we don’t force the right discussions to happen and make the tough choices

      Pros

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!

      they are available when you communicate your needs to your manager.

      need to commute to NYC.
