When I started at Addison 5 years ago I was immediately greeted with new challenges and the opportunity for training. As someone who was looking for work where I could stretch my problem solving skills it was a match made it heaven. In the payroll department they found my natural talents and honed them into a specialization through training and management support. When I don't understand something I know there are eager subject matter experts around to consult, even outside my department I know there are folks who are ready to help.
Cons
It is a fast-paced environment that can be intimidating when you first start.
