Pros
I have been with Addison Group for some time and the amount of passion that everyone has for this company, from the cooperate admin / operation teams, to the recruiters and sales teams, to the executive team, I find outstanding! Don’t get me wrong, not every day is glorious or the most amazing but as someone who has been in the industry for many years, Addison is by far and away the best. Addison Group has an "old school" approach to the business, which starts with the basics … communication, not checking boxes with customer or candidates, and most importantly providing value to our customers and candidates. We pride ourselves on a people first, human touch experience (both internally and externally), in what has become a high transaction industry. Internally, there is strong attention around structure and KPI’s, of which productivity expectations are very clear and anyone joining Addison Group will know exactly what to expect before they start. Addison Group holds everyone (internal corporate to producer) to a high standard so that eventually, the job itself only becomes “easier” with time as you build your personal brand. Salary wage is fair, but the commission (for producers) is where you make the $$. Keep in mind, it’s a pay for performance industry, and Addison just happens to be at the top of commission earnings. If you believe in what you would be doing here, the services that Addison Group provides to our clients and candidates, this is an amazing organization to be apart of.
Cons
If you do not thrive on structure, AG is not going to be the right environment for you, and that is ok.
