      I have been in the healthcare field for over 30 years, and this is the BEST company I have every worked with. They truly care about their employees and offer amazing benefits. They keep you informed and engaged.

      I have no cons for Addison Group! I love it here and if there are any concerns they address them and resolve them immediately. Your voice is heard here and your opinion matters.

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
