Pros
Exposure to different ATSs and CRMs than I had previously used
Cons
Disorganized - we had 3 supervisors working at cross-purposes and asking us to go against what other managers had said Unprofessional - Supervisors and other employees loudly and rudely discussed candidates and clients in front of those individuals, complained about other supervisors, and got into fights during interviews. Unethical - Recruiters were told that only #s mattered, and to do whatever it took to get candidates in the door, including faking drug tests, lying to candidates about available shifts, accepting expired documentation and fudging dates in E-Verify (a federal crime). In addition, there is no work/life balance. I worked 10 hour days and was expected to work full days on the weekends as well though I was told upon hire that my schedule was 8am-5pm M-F. This quickly became 7am (6am twice per week) - 6:30pm M-F and 8 or 9am - 6:30pm Saturday and several hours Sunday.
