Pros
I guess the one good thing they do is hire you on quickly. They don't require a lot of knowledge or skills at least for the job they assigned me, so if you need a temp job really quick this will probably work for you.
Cons
The recruiter lied about pretty much everything relating to the job. I was told the job I would be working at would have flexibility on what shift I could work. That actually was a lie when I arrived I had no option to choose what shift I would work. He also told me I would have the option to work up to 50 hours a week. This was a lie, as I was immediately place on 56+ hour mandatory work weeks. I was told that I would be direct hired by the company within 6 months which I was placed, and you guessed it this was also a lie as many other employees they placed in similar positions had been there with no change for at least one to two years. They offer no benefits, horrible pay, and don't even check in with you on a routine basis as any legitimate temp agency. would. In the initial interview I was informed on very little regarding any of the details on this assignment as he literally sold me a pile of B.S., and also providing no preparation before I showed up my first day on the job. These kinds of companies are just a legal loophole to circumnavigate the system to avoid fair pay, and benefits. (Mindless drones with no personality, and little regard for their future please apply.)
