The people that have been hired to work here are all exceptional - the company is full of high performers. They are friendly, and respectful. The work that is done here is 'work worth doing'. This company makes a difference in peoples lives. For the most part, people here are valued for their individual expertise and know-how. Hiring has been on-going and the company is growing monthly.

This is a fast paced environment, and the work that is done here can be emotionally draining (visiting hospitals, talking to patients). Much is expected of people who work here. The training is also intensive and lengthy before you actually start to 'do the job'.

Ok for a starter job, good stepping stone to bigger and better places

It’s extremely difficult to have any career growth here, a lot of favoritism and uneven job responsibilities. They’re happy to pile on more duties for no pay increase or any recognition. Meanwhile, the brownnosers know how to play the game and will gladly stab other employees in the back, every department has them. No job safety or loyalty, tenured hardworking employees are frequently let go over lower paid workers who sit on their phones all day. The “laid off” employees are always much happier after, and it’s finally the nudge I need to move on. The HR “director” is an absolute nightmare and the textbook definition of “people who shouldn’t be in HR”. Rude, disrespectful, belittling to staff, and loves to gossip. Management is unprofessional and ineffective. Pay is low for the field, especially for the work load, but they lured me in with false promises. Benefits are not great (better than nothing but you can do better). We’re all shocked this place is still in business
