      Training is ok and possibility of working in a good team.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and workplace culture is toxic. Lots of favoritism and backstabbing.

      Help the destitute pay their medical bills.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Poor leadership & management. Silo management style. No honor or thanks to those who started the company & put their life on the line entering domiciles in the worst areas of the Detroit ghetto for 25 or more years. Employees constantly under stress. Favorites set up in all departments.

      Pay is okay. Benefits are average.

      Cons

      Rude coworkers, inefficient training, insane caseload, all about speed. Promise advancement and wait forever for it to happen. Basically need to be an obsessed worker bee who is okay with this job being your life.
