      Pros

      Great colleagues, good terms and conditions. Knowledge and risk managers with poor knowledge in house.

      Cons

      Flexibility depends on your manager. Some are relax some are, sadly, control freaks. Difficult to get promoted. Risk managers with poor knowledge in house. Board is aware of it, but keep such people despite in that role because it works out well for them too. This culture cascades in the organization.
