Very few to mention as the cons form major overview of the company.
Cons
Poor Man Management, people in management creates scenarios for employees under them to fall down and make mistakes and thus uses that as excuse to get rid of them off the company. 2023 start till now have close to 20 employees leaving the company or were asked to leave. Bad Pay structure - Ex employees who worked for years have had their pay increased very little weighing on their experience and contributions to the company but employees who have come down to replace them boast a vast difference. Not fair for employees who have worked hard for the company that have been ignored.
