      -none -paid holiday -nice clients -lovely families -awesome hotel for accomodation for 1 week of training

      Cons

      - office staff rude when they speak on the phone -slavery is modern with Agincare -every live in carer have different rate for the same placement -you better Agincare look after your supervisors which are also rude with live in carers -lowest rate of pay with Agincare

      Pros

      I have worked in care for a long time, been with agincare about a year. I've found it to be the most honest, transparent, caring care company I have worked for, lots of support where needed. Care is an ever-changing service and has its successes and challenges but during it all Agincare actually feel like they care about their clients and employees. Very happy at the moment. Progression opportunities and always encouraged to bring ideas to the table or to challenge myself.

      I think just the Covid knock on effect has affected the entire care system. No specific cons
