      Pros

      Meet some lovely customers and their family.

      Cons

      People in management slagging you off to whoever will listen. Not visiting for weeks on end to support or delivery of PPE. Office staff messing up and then it gets flipped on to the carers fault. Disgusting company.

      Pros

      I have worked in care for a long time, been with agincare about a year. I've found it to be the most honest, transparent, caring care company I have worked for, lots of support where needed. Care is an ever-changing service and has its successes and challenges but during it all Agincare actually feel like they care about their clients and employees. Very happy at the moment. Progression opportunities and always encouraged to bring ideas to the table or to challenge myself.

      I think just the Covid knock on effect has affected the entire care system. No specific cons
