      Great benefits and time-off policies Great work life balance Generally nice people to work with Beautiful campus and facilities

      Cons

      Absolutely no idea how the promotion scheme works Lack of leadership and direction Feels a little like it was starting to rot from the inside out

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
