Zero work life balance. Salaries do not adequately represent amount of work and time demanded by the company. High turnover. Career Advancement is not based on your evaluations but on how popular you are with field managers and upper level management. Allstate makes it impossible to hit your goals due to their evaluation system. This system is designed to keep you at your current level.
