      Lots of PTO time, because you are going to need it

      Cons

      Impossible standards expected for file reviews. Workload is mind numbing. 2 newer employees went on short term disability due to stress. Processing work is now being outsourced to India.

      Great benefits, pto can be ok same day without manager approval so long as you have time & there's availability to take off

      Cons

      Goals constantly changing, which means commissions is always changing for the worse of course. You're not human there, call center environment from hell. I felt like a zombie
