      PTO is great. Company name is good.

      Cons

      Adjusters being downsized for AI environment. Unethical claim handling. False/misleading numbers being reported. CEO is egotistical. Health benefits are non existent.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pto can be ok same day without manager approval so long as you have time & there's availability to take off

      Cons

      Goals constantly changing, which means commissions is always changing for the worse of course. You're not human there, call center environment from hell. I felt like a zombie
