Pros

Benefits are great and the pay is decent with the possibly of raises each year.

Cons

Agents are rude, have to take 3-4 chats at a time all day because they are short staffed from cuts, have to do another dept job that they made cuts to, metrics are impossible to meet, mandatory WFH right now but they make you use your time off if you have power or internet outage even if you cannot control it, upper management does not listen or care about your concerns.

Pros

Able to control the workflow and make sure the required RMBC and UW are done.

Cons

Corporate is in compretition with you. There used to be rules against competing brokers in some industries. Now corporate has rerouted your phone and will offer quotes to calls before you can even speak with them. There are no benefits at local offices. The owners are greedy money hungry and could care less about anyone but themselves.
