Allstate is a great place for people who are willing to toe the line and believe the load that is being sold to them regardless of the truth
Cons
Management loves you when you are up and when do everything in there power to help you but if you are not in lock step with their every decision you will become an outcast quickly and lose all chances of growing your business in the hard times, purchasing other agencies, having good info that their pet agents have, etc.
