      Paid for licensing Laid back work environment Overtime was available Company outings Food options/ cafeteria & break rooms

      Cons

      Micro managed Favoritism from upper management w| certain employees. Team builder exercises were a waste because they would compare our sales and turn us against one another.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
