      Great learning opportunities, promotions, relocation options, decent amount of vacation time

      Cons

      Micromanagement, low pay compared to other insurance companies, employees are over worked, no structured training. Vacation is scheduled according to seniority and has to be Scheduled in order.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
