Terrible past 3 years - Exclusive Agent Allstate Employee Review

When I was hired as an "Independent Agent" I was told my financial success and/or failure would up to me. In the past 3 years now the Company because of the failure of management decisions has placed unrealistic goals/requirements for production, training, office hours. As well as passing on more and more costs to the agent level. The goals are managed by fear tactics such as certain time thresholds when goals are not met, resulting in warning letters, and threats of termination!
